South France holiday apartments Provence available in the villa with pool heated from April to October. 2 bedroom Provence apartment available for 4 guests or Picasso studio for 1 or 2 guests.

There are a total of only 5 bedrooms all en-suite and the whole villa can be booked for one group of 8/10 guests with 4 en suite bedrooms and using the Picasso as a kitchen and seating area with dining table for 10 on the covered balcony overlooking the pool.

Guests are welcome to reserve meals in the first floor dining area which is only for guests at the Villa and not open to the general public.

PICASSO STUDIO FOR 1 TO 2 GUESTS

The PICASSO studio has an en suite bathroom, flat screen UK SatelliteTV/DVD player, queen size double bed with fully sprung mattress which can be pushed up and into a wardrobe and form a double sofa. There is a kitchen area with double hob, microwave, fridge with freezing compartment and large sink and draining area.

There is a private balcony with dining table and chairs overlooking the heated holiday pool.

DALI SELF-CATERED FLEXIBLE UNIT FOR 3 TO 8 GUESTS

The DALI self-catered option incorporates the Picasso studio adjacent and has 2 twin beds to add to the double bed in the Picasso, so comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. The Dali room also has a further en suite shower room and UK satellite TV/DVD player.

Further en suite bedrooms can be added according to your group's size. With one further room the Dali unit can comfortably accommodate 5 guests.

Above 5, the Picasso then has to be used solely as a kitchen and living area so 6 guests can be accommodated in 3 en suite bedrooms plus the Picasso and 8 guests with the final 4th bedroom plus the Picasso.

PLEASE NOTE- guests under 15 not accepted unless all 5 bedrooms reserved by one group. This is to ensure a restful and relaxing time for all our other guests at the Villa.

If you are staying in our South France holiday apartments Provence, you have access to the holiday pool and 2 acres of private grounds- mostly wooded- with great countryside views.

For groups of up to 7 with children, we recommend you consider renting the villa also with private holiday pool - Mas des Bazarettes- and visit the relevant page or ask for more details.

APART'HOTEL OPTION FOR SELF-CATERED GROUPS OF UP TO 12

Bookings can be taken on apart'hotel basis with full use of all the villa's facilities including the 100 +sq metre first floor balcony where meals can be reserved adjoining the extensive and very comfortable hotel guest living room to give you both independance and extra luxury on your south France holiday.

This option is available for any sized group booking either just the Picasso studio for 1 or 2 guests or up to all 5 rooms on the ground floor. A maximum of 12 guests can be accommodated this way.
