South of France Holiday Bed and Breakfast Rates |
365 holiday France is happy to accept reservations from 2 nights onwards with rates including daily breakfast & room servicing-
mid-april to June, Sept,Oct--- 110 Euros per night
July, August- -------------------130 Euros per night
Rest of year---------------------90 Euros per night ( when pool not available)
Single occupancy of twin en suite room from 60 Euros per night.
For longer stays than 2 nights, discounts offered-details on request.
Please note that unless all 5 rooms booked, children under 15 not accepted. |
365 Holiday France catered Provence vacations rates & all inclusive deals |
MID-APRIL TO OCTOBER--445 Euros per person per week.
Just 395 Euros per week during the rest of the year when the pool is not heated and unavailable.
Above rates include:-
a. Daily Breakfast served either on our first floor balcony or on the patio outside your room.
b. Three Course Evening Dinner on 4 nights using local recipes and produce. A personally researched and selected choice of regional wines is always available, plus beer and soft drinks.
c. A complimentary picnic to take to a nearby uncrowded Camargue beach or a half-day wine tour.
d. A laundry service wash and dry included per room reserved for stays of over a week
e. Exceptionally high level of personal service in quality surroundings.
Extra meals are always available on request. Option to have use of the Picasso kitchen area to allow preparation of simple lunches etc.
Please note that unless all 5 bedrooms reserved by one group, children under 15 cannot be accepted so as to assure other guests of a quiet relaxing stay at rthe villa.
Due to the very high quality of furnishings, extensive art and sculpture collection coupled with the nature of the grounds, Villa la Pinede is not well suited for children under 8 years old. Consideration given to accommodation of younger children if whole villa reserved but children have to be well supervised at all times.

( rest of year rate includes further bedroom to allow Picasso to be used as kitchen dining area as evenings often too cold to dine on terrace comfortably!)

For up to 5 or 6 guests one just 2 or 3 bedrooms can be added to the Picasso studio. The Dali unit is very flexible!
Just send us details of your group and we can quote for any number of guests from 1 up to 12 & with apart'hotel option and full use of all the hotel's facilities including the upstairs living area and balcony plus ground floor slate bed snooker room, mini-gym and library.
All rates include linen and towels including pool towels- all changed weekly- with servicing of your unit every 4/5 days plus end of stay cleaning. |
APART'HOTEL RATES FOR 9 to 12 GUESTS |
For groups of 9 to 12 guests, the Picasso does not provide sufficient seating space and rental to include the apart'hotel option of the first floor living area and also the snooker room is recommended--

July, August-----------------------------------3400 Euros per week
Rest of year-pool unavailable---------------2300 Euros per week
Apart'hotel rates include daily servicing of your accommodations.
